Quality St. Augustine Sod is currently unavailable for the 2026 season.
Our next planned availability begins in May 2027, subject to field and harvest conditions.
Endarra 81 Bermuda is a warm-season choice for hot, sunny yards.
Black Beauty Tall Fescue offers sun-to-partial-shade flexibility.

Quality St. Augustine Sod is a lush, warm-season grass well suited to Southern California yards where shade, coastal conditions, or salt exposure are important considerations.
Its broad blades and dense creeping growth create a full, traditional St. Augustine lawn, while its high shade tolerance and high salinity tolerance make it especially useful for coastal and near-coastal homes. A strong fit for:- Coastal and near-coastal Southern California

We are located off of Warren Road in San Jacinto, CA. The Google Map icon is showing an incorrect pin for the access to the farm. Please look for the sign that says Farm Entrance:

As soon as you enter the farm from Warren Rd., you will see a billboard with a map of the farm (also below) and ordering instructions as well as a QR Code for a link to our Sod Watering Guide.
Step 3: Go To Sod Pickup Area
There are designated areas on the farm for pickup:
Based on the type of sod you selected, you will be directed to the corresponding field to pickup your sod. Sod is cut fresh for each of our pickup customers. Based on whether you ordered Quality Plus (Fescue) sod or our Quality St. Augustine Sod, you will be directed to a particular section on our farm where that sod is being cut. Please note this changes every day. If you have any difficulty, please call the office. See the farm map for driving directions to your pickup area.
