Drive To The Farm

Find the pickup billboard located at the entrance of the farm.
Go To Pickup Area
Find which field (1-4) on the billboard and drive to your pickup field. Show order to foreman.
Step 1: Ordering Your Sod

If you have not already ordered your sod, please use our easy-to-use online ordering system by selecting the type of sod you want below.
Quality St. Augustine
Our Quality St. Augustine sod is a warm-season St. Augustine sod. This specific type of sod is designed to thrive in the hot and dry climate of Southern California. It does really well in the coastal areas.
Sold in 8 ft.² increments Minimum for pickup is 80 ft.² Minimum for delivery depends on your area. Will show in checkout I.E, O.C, and North County San Diego pricing is $1.10 for Pick-up and 400 square feet minimum for delivery Los Angeles Pricing is $1.20 with 800 min delivery
Quality Plus Fescue
Hands down the best turf grass for Southern California homes. Our “Quality Plus” Fescue sod is an excellent commercial grade hybrid seed mix that is specially formulated to be easy to maintain and hold.
Sold in 10 ft.² increments Minimum for pickup is 50 ft.² Minimum for delivery depends on your area. I.E Pricing is $.60 Pick-up and Delivery 500 min Del O.C Pricing is $.70 with 1000 min DelCall in Your Order

Step 2: Drive to Farm and Find Pickup Billboard

We are located off of Warren Road in San Jacinto, CA. The Google Map icon is showing an incorrect pin for the access to the farm. Please look for the sign that says Farm Entrance:

As soon as you enter the farm from Warren Rd., you will see a billboard with a map of the farm (also below) and ordering instructions as well as a QR Code for a link to our Sod Watering Guide.
Step 3: Go To Sod Pickup Area
There are 4 areas on the farm for pickup:
Based on the type of sod you selected, you will be directed to one of four fields to pickup your sod. Sod is cut fresh for each of our pickup customers. Based on whether you ordered Quality Plus (Fescue) sod or our Quality St. Augustine Sod, you will be directed to a particular quadrant on our farm where that sod is being cut. Please note this changes every day. If you have any difficulty, please call the office. See the farm map for driving directions to your pickup area.
