Shipping Policy

Any deliveries will be made on the date designated when an order is placed. You will be contacted the day before your delivery date by 3 pm with your delivery time. We will provide you with a 2 hour window
Residential deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 3pm.

In the event that an order is placed in a location outside of our delivery zone (which is subject to change) or in an undeliverable location, we will contact you and refund your order.


Refund Policy

For all cancelled orders (see our cancellation policy) a full refund will be given on the card used at the time of purchase. Delivered sod is non-refundable given its perishable nature. If you have any issues or concerns, you need to call our office immediately. If your call is received after hours, please leave a message and our staff will get back to you.
